- Monitor and review trainee progress through questionnaires and discussions with managers
- Ensure statutory training requirements are met
- Evaluate and revise training and development programmes
- Identify training needs through job analysis, appraisals, and consultation with managers
- Design and expand training programmes based on organizational and individual needs
- Develop induction programmes and devise individual learning plans
- Produce training materials for in house courses
- Manage delivery of training and development programmes
- Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning
Requirements
- Master's degree or PhD from a recognized university
- 3+ years practical work experience in a major or multinational organization
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (Arabic mother tongue)
- Presentation skills along with training experience
- PowerPoint skills (English and Arabic)
- Solid experience in providing training in soft skills topics

Job Summary

Required Skills

- PowerPoint skills (English and Arabic)
- Proficiency in English and Arabic (Arabic mother tongue)
- Solid experience in providing training in a variety of soft skills related topics
