Transition Manager - Sustainable Infrastructure

What we look for

• 7 years experience in facility management and operations discipline including planning and scheduling, subcontractor management, project management
• 5 years experience in P3 account transition or operations management
• High proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet and CMMS applications
• Demonstrated customer service orientation with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of a wide area of P3 FM/O&M Business, business systems and infrastructures
• Ability to plan and execute projects and a high degree of effectiveness in team leadership
• Occasional travel (10%) required

HIRING SALARY RANGE

• $99,300 - $149,100 CAD (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
