Role Overview
Johnson Controls is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead people strategy for the Middle East and Africa region.
The role partners with business leaders, advises senior leadership, and strengthens organizational capability and talent practices.
The role supports regional HR strategy, labor and employee relations, organizational development, and employer-of-choice initiatives.
Strategic HR Leadership
- Align HR strategy and operating plans with business objectives and regional priorities.
- Advise senior leaders on labor relations, risk mitigation, policy interpretation, and legal or regulatory changes.
- Develop regional staffing strategies, workforce plans, and external sourcing approaches.
- Participate in organizational plans and programs as a strategic people partner.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the region.
Talent and Rewards
- Partner with Compensation to design and implement reward and recognition programs.
- Build HR planning models to identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps.
- Lead succession planning, leadership development, and learning initiatives.
