Transition Manager

SOSi International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Transition Manager for short term work to support transition requirements on a services contract in Doha, Qatar.

Essential Job Duties:

Prepare, coordinate, and manage operational activities for demobilization and transition to close out a services program.

Manage transition activities in accordance with the program’s transition plan.

Track critical resources and functions, and recommend priorities.

Coordinate activities across the corporate and program management office staff in support of the mission.

Communicate significant activities, issues, and new requirements to management.

Track transition progress.

Coordinate with SOSi, USG, and other stakeholders.

Prepare reports and contract deliverables.

Support other initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience may be substituted.

8 years of experience providing program operations support with 2 years of experience supporting a U.S. Government customer overseas.

Experience transitioning overseas programs.

5 years of supervisory experience in the last 10 years.

Proficient written and verbal communicator.

Familiarity with the Maximo asset management system.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
