Responsibilities
- Direct the delivery of key assignments and oversee implementation of project strategies
- Promote safety first and support wellbeing of all staff
- Determine and assemble project team resources, including external specialists and recruitment
- Improve performance from bid baseline by optimizing multi disciplinary resources
- Convert client's vision into a deliverable plan incorporating C2P, Net Zero Carbon, and Digital innovation
- Manage and deliver end to end transition plan covering organisational changes, knowledge retention, and operating model changes
- Act as point of contact for transition administration
- Protect service continuity and delivery performance during transition
- Manage people related risks including capability retention and morale
Requirements
- Strong technical problem solving capability
- Lifecycle planning and delivery expertise
- Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration
- Major project experience in complex environments
- SQEP trained for nuclear engineering/design/PM roles essential
- UK National and ability to obtain security clearance

You'll Be Responsible For
- Directing the delivery of key assignments and overseeing implementation of project strategies.
