Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in banking transformation programs
- Strong, hands on experience delivering credit and lending implementation programs
- Experience within UAE, GCC, or broader global banking environments is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field
- Certifications in Program/Project Management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) are advantageous

Brief Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Program Lead to own the end to end implementation of credit and lending transformation programs for a leading UAE bank.
- This role will be responsible for driving large scale credit and lending change initiatives from design through go live, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and to the quality expected by senior stakeholders.
- The candidate will work closely with business, technology, and vendor teams to manage delivery, governance, risk, and executive reporting across the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end to end program governance, planning, and delivery for credit and lending transformation initiatives.
- Define and maintain program plans, milestones, resourcing, and delivery roadmaps.
- Establish and run governance forums, steering committees, and decision making structures.
- Manage business, technology, and vendor stakeholders across the program, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the bank, technology partners, and system integrators.
- Proactively identify, track, and drive resolution of program risks, issues, and cross workstream dependencies.
- Escalate critical risks and blockers to senior stakeholders with clear mitigation plans.
- Maintain a robust RAID log and ensure timely follow through on action items.
- Oversee testing cycles, including SIT, UAT, and go live readiness assessments.
- Drive change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training, and adoption planning.
- Lead cutover planning and go live execution, ensuring smooth transition to business as usual.
- Provide regular, clear executive reporting on program status, risks, and key decisions to senior leadership.
Required Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in banking transformation programs.
- Strong, hands on experience delivering credit and lending implementation programs.
- Experience within UAE, GCC, or broader global banking environments is preferred.
