Role Overview
Build-and-lead role owning the evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization of finance and business systems.
Shapes systems architecture for a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction organization.
Responsibilities
- Assess accounting, payroll, expense, procurement, banking, planning, and reporting systems.
- Lead ERP requirements, RFPs, vendor evaluation, shortlisting, scoring, and commercial negotiation.
- Own ERP implementation planning, entity rollout, data migration, chart of accounts, budget, and risk management.
- Lead implementation across the implementation partner, finance, IT, and business functions.
- Own data cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation of opening balances and master data.
- Drive user acceptance testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Own software integrations and define integration standards and master data governance.
- Build dashboards and reports for data quality and process health.
- Embed controls, approval workflows, and segregation of duties into systems design.
- Support audits with documentation and access reviews.
What the Employer Is Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field.
- At least 7 years in finance systems, finance transformation, or ERP implementation roles.
