- Assist in developing documentation for data mapping, ETL, alert scoring, and performance monitoring
- Perform root cause analysis and implementation support to fix outliers
- Assist in transaction monitoring model validation including effectiveness and efficiency assessment
- Assist in customer segmentation analysis using statistical algorithms
- Assist in tuning scenario thresholds using statistical techniques
- Assist in implementing additional scenarios and enhancing existing scenarios on the system
Requirements
- Experience in transaction monitoring system validation and tuning
- Knowledge of data mapping, ETL procedures, and alert scoring
- Proficiency in statistical algorithms such as k means and GMM
- Understanding of SDLC and scenario configuration

Responsibilities
- Assist to develop specific documentation that comprises of data mapping procedures with validation rules, data ingestion strategy, ETL procedure, alert scoring and prioritization approach, performance monitoring metrics, periodic TM system review process, functionality assessment on modules implemen
- Assist to perform root cause/impact analysis and implementation support to fix outliers.
- Assist in performing Transaction Monitoring model validation including effectiveness and efficiency assessment.
- Pre effectiveness assessment at UAT exercise to deploy new scenarios and enhancement of existing scenarios including governance documentation.
- Assist to map accounts to customers including with utilization of data integration tools.
- Assist in comprehensive ETL documentation, modify relevant ETL jobs/scripts.
- Assist in performing customer segmentation analysis using statistical algorithms such as k means, GMM, Homogeneity and Heterogeneity analysis.
- Assist in tuning scenario thresholds using statistical techniques such as percentile jump or law of marginal diminishing returns.
- Assist to implement new segmentation, update the scenario thresholds to align with corresponding customer segments.
- Scenario configuration assessment root cause analysis and enhance the logic gaps on system.
- Assist to implement additional scenarios and enhance existing scenarios on system considering Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
