Role overview
The Training Supervisor coordinates and supervises food and beverage training activities across assigned locations and teams.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training on company procedures, operations, service, food safety, and job-specific standards.
- Maintain training materials, schedules, attendance records, and evaluation documentation.
- Assess employee knowledge and practical performance and identify training gaps.
- Coordinate with Operations and other departments to align training programs with business requirements.
- Monitor new employee onboarding and completion of required training within designated timelines.
- Track training completion, employee performance, and training effectiveness.
- Prepare regular training reports and support continuous improvement of training programs and methods.
Requirements
- Ability to coordinate and supervise daily training activities across assigned locations and teams.
- Ability to deliver training on company procedures, operations, service, food safety, and job-specific standards.
- Ability to assess employee knowledge and practical performance and identify training gaps.
- Ability to maintain training records and track completion, performance, and effectiveness.
