Business Development Executive role focused on expanding recruitment and staffing business in Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Saudi Arabia market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate leads, conduct meetings, and close business deals.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to support client satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and site visits.
Requirements
