Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Training Supervisor to support Learning & Development activities within a large industrial organization.
The candidate will be responsible for training coordination, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Learning Management System (LMS) administration, reporting, and supporting employee capability development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with departments and stakeholders
- Prepare annual training plans and training calendars
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities and employee training records
- Coordinate with training vendors and service providers
- Monitor training schedules, attendance, and completion status
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports
- Generate training KPI reports and analytics
- Maintain accurate training documentation and records
- Support competency development and workforce capability initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination
- Experience in LMS administration and corporate training operations
- Strong understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training effectiveness evaluation
- Strong reporting, communication, and coordination skills
- Oil & Gas / Industrial sector experience preferred
- CIPD / SHRM / Certified Trainer certification is an advantage
