Training Supervisor

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with departments and stakeholders
• Prepare annual training plans and training calendars
• Coordinate internal and external training programs
• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities and employee training records
• Coordinate with training vendors and service providers
• Monitor training schedules, attendance, and completion status
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports
• Generate training KPI reports and analytics
• Maintain accurate training documentation and records
• Support competency development and workforce capability initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination
• Experience in LMS administration and corporate training operations
• Strong understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and training effectiveness evaluation
• Strong reporting, communication, and coordination skills
• Oil & Gas / Industrial sector experience preferred
• CIPD / SHRM / Certified Trainer certification is an advantage
