We are looking for an experienced Supervisor – Capability Development to support competency management and workforce capability initiatives within a leading industrial organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support implementation of competency management framework across the organization
- Develop and maintain technical competency models and skill matrices
- Coordinate and monitor technical competency assessments
- Analyze competency gaps and prepare capability development reports
- Support learning and development planning based on assessment outcomes
- Guide assessors and stakeholders on competency assessment processes
- Ensure competency records, reporting, and documentation accuracy
- Support continuous improvement of capability development systems and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Competency Management, Talent Development, or Organizational Development
- Strong understanding of competency frameworks and technical assessments
- Experience in training needs analysis and capability development planning
- Experience in competency gap analysis and reporting
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, Power Plant, or Industrial sector experience preferred
- CIPD, SHRM, Assessor/Moderator certification is an advantage
