Role Overview
The Training & Quality Specialist will develop employee capabilities, maintain service and process quality, identify performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement across operational and customer-facing teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver new-hire onboarding, classroom, virtual, refresher, and hands-on operational training.
- Develop training presentations, manuals, SOPs, process guides, assessments, e-learning content, and other learning materials.
- Translate policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and system updates into practical training content.
- Conduct employee assessments, coaching sessions, post-training evaluations, quality audits, and performance reviews.
- Identify errors, quality gaps, and performance trends; perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Use operational performance data to create targeted training and coaching interventions.
- Track and report training effectiveness, quality scores, assessment results, error trends, and improvement actions.
- Coordinate with subject-matter experts and support rollouts of new services, processes, policies, systems, and regulatory updates.
- Continuously improve training and quality programs based on operational needs, performance trends, and feedback.
