In this role, you will design, deliver, assess and evaluate training that supports safe, person-centered and contemporary practice. You will deliver and assess CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support , including Disability and Ageing specialisations , and facilitate a range of non-accredited and refresher programs.
Training delivery will include:
CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support – Disability and Ageing
Annual manual handling refresher training
Person Centred Active Support
Professional boundaries
Report writing
Incident management
Other workforce capability and compliance training as required
You will be a confident facilitator with strong industry knowledge, current vocational competence and a genuine commitment to supporting adult learners. You will understand the importance of accessible, practical and engaging training that translates into safe and effective workplace practice.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent credential that meets current VET trainer and assessor requirements
Relevant vocational qualifications, skills and current industry experience in disability, aged care, individual support or community services
Experience delivering and assessing competency-based accredited training
Demonstrated ability to deliver manual handling refresher training
Knowledge of Person Centred Active Support, professional boundaries, report writing and incident management
Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to maintain accurate records and meet compliance and reporting requirements
