- Manage one site and one team , with no on-call requirement .
- Work within a strong leadership structure, reporting to a supportive Service Manager .
- Your Service Manager will train and support you as you settle into the role.
- Build your leadership career through Rocky Bay’s own RTO , with access to a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management and Diploma of Leadership and Management.

- Proven experience leading, managing and developing a team .
- Experience in the disability sector , ideally Supported Accommodation.
- A strong understanding of active support and person-centred practice .
- The ability to lead a team supporting customers across different ages, abilities and support needs .
- Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
- A genuine commitment to helping customers build choice, independence and participation .
- Salary packaging up to $18,550
