Role Overview

Curriculum and Instructional Design

• Design and update MRI curricula covering imaging protocols, scanner operation, patient positioning, safety, quality assurance, and patient care.
• Create training materials, competency tools, assessments, reference resources, and technology-enabled learning content.
• Apply adult learning principles, simulation, hands-on instruction, and case-based learning.
• Partner with subject matter experts to keep educational content current and aligned with Prenuvo standards.

Training Strategy and Implementation

• Develop scalable education and training strategies for current operations and future clinic expansion.
• Standardize onboarding, orientation, competency, and continuing education pathways across clinics and MRI platforms.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on clinical outcomes, performance, operational needs, and emerging practices.
• Support new clinic openings.

Clinical Excellence and Competency

• Support implementation, optimization, and standardization of MRI imaging protocols.
• Improve image quality, workflow efficiency, patient comfort, scan consistency, and technologist performance.
• Develop competency assessments and evaluate proficiency through observation, practical assessments, image review, and simulation.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, development plans, and targeted interventions for technologists.

Mentorship and Collaboration

• Serve as a senior clinical resource and mentor for MRI technologists and clinic managers across the network.
• Support future MRI leaders, educators, and subject matter experts.
• Partner with leadership, clinic operations, radiology, quality, people, product, engineering, and technology teams.
• Travel to clinics to deliver training, assess competency, support implementation, and maintain alignment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in radiologic technology, education, healthcare administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• MRI technologist certification such as CAMRT, ARRT, or ARMRIT MRI certification.
• At least 7 years of progressive clinical MRI experience, including advanced techniques, protocol optimization, workflow improvement, or clinical leadership.
• Experience developing or leading MRI education, training, competency, or professional development programs.
• Strong understanding of MRI physics, imaging principles, patient positioning, image quality, MRI safety, and clinical workflow.
• Experience with instructional design, adult learning, competency assessment, performance development, and learning technologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, quality assurance, and MRI safety practices.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, organization, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
