- Lead and manage a skilled workforce for deploying training solutions
- Ensure delivery to contracted milestones in line with CDRL B02
- Identify training business opportunities and develop outline solutions or bid proposals
- Manage delivery of training interventions including courseware, examinations, devices, and facilities
- Ensure training is delivered via various media and manage assessments
- Manage evaluation of training design and delivery for continuous improvement
- Lead compliance with Training Management Plan and other company procedures
- Manage application of Human Factors, Error Management, Risk Management, and Safety Assurance
- Ensure compliance with Governance and Assurance framework and support audits

Role Overview
- Provide effective leadership for delivery and management of all Continuing Airworthiness training activities from the TTF
- Lead and manage a skilled workforce for deploying fit for purpose training solutions
- Maximise operational efficiency and minimise costs
- Carry out additional or alternative tasks as required, subject to appropriate competency
Core Activities
- Ensure delivery to contracted milestones in line with CDRL B02
- Identify training business opportunities and requirements, including development of outline solutions or bid proposals compliant with Part 145 and EASA, EMARS
- Undertake training situation analysis and produce consolidated reports/outline syllabus
- Manage delivery of training interventions including courseware, examinations, devices, and facilities
- Ensure training is delivered via various media (classroom, virtual, practical, OJT) and manage assessments
- Manage and lead training activities including bids, data management, facilities, trainers, examinations, training records, and course scheduling
- Manage evaluation of training design and delivery ensuring continuous improvements are embedded
- Manage and lead BAE Systems and BSL Mandated Training schedule, training records, and course scheduling
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure effective leadership of Aircraft Maintenance & Support Training activities by setting delivery targets, monitoring progress, and developing performance improvement programmes
- Ensure all Training activities are appropriately documented and airworthiness records maintained
- Lead training compliance with Training Management Plan and associated procedures
- Manage application of Human Factors, Error Management, Risk Management, and Safety Assurance within Training
- Ensure all Training activities are compliant with Governance and Assurance framework
- Support process confirmations and independent assurance audits
- Manage audit findings in a timely manner and provide updates into relevant reviews
- Generate, deliver, and implement effective improvements to overcome non compliance
- Demonstrate detailed understanding and application of relevant Continuing Airworthiness Regulatory framework
- Lead training compliance with all other requirements (e.g., ITAR, EaPW, ISO) and contractual requirements
