Role Description
We are looking for a strategic and people-focused Training Manager to design, develop, and manage learning and development initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities and support organisational goals.
The role is responsible for identifying learning needs, developing effective training programmes, and ensuring training activities deliver measurable improvements in knowledge, skills, performance, and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct training needs analysis, develop annual training plans, design learning content and programmes, coordinate training delivery, and evaluate programme effectiveness.
- Work closely with business leaders, HR teams, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
- Manage training resources, learning platforms, schedules, budgets, and external training providers where required.
- Monitor training outcomes, gather participant feedback, analyse learning metrics, and continuously improve programmes to ensure they remain relevant, practical, and aligned with business priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline.
