Role Description
Executive Director role responsible for overall leadership and direction of the organization.
Translates the organization’s mission and strategic priorities into effective plans, strong operational performance, and sustainable development.
Leadership and Operations
- Work with the Board of Directors and senior leadership to establish strategic objectives.
- Monitor organizational performance and align resources, capabilities, and operations with key priorities.
- Oversee major financial, operational, governance, organizational, and strategic matters.
- Develop and execute organizational strategies and monitor financial and operational performance.
- Manage key risks and ensure compliance with relevant policies and requirements.
- Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, innovation, and organizational improvement.
- Build relationships with employees, partners, investors, government bodies, community representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the organization and communicate its vision, priorities, performance, and achievements.
- Foster a high-performing and collaborative culture and support leadership development.
- Encourage innovation and keep teams focused on measurable outcomes aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
