The prospects for advancement and broadening into other areas within our large and expanding business are encouraged and supported from the outset.We are actively recruiting people with experience in the following fields to complement our close-knit team:AEW&C or AWACS OperatorsAir Surveillance OperatorsAir Battle Managers - ADGEResponsibilities:Essential role-playing duties, which encompass high-end war fighting to support aircrew training prior to deployment to current operations.Development & Maintenance of multiple high-fidelity scenarios to support both initial and operational training.Experience/QualificationsCompleted Simulator Operator Course or have equivalent experience and/or understanding of RAAF and/or coalition Air Battle Management tactics.Experience in AEW&C or AWACS environment as an Aerospace Systems Operator.Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.Desirable Requirements:Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE 40116) or equivalent qualification.CultureWe are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
