Training & Development Experienced Professional

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and maintaining training records.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Experience with reporting, data analysis, and tracking training compliance metrics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
