Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the Execution Training Plan based on the Overall Training Plan and site conditions and be responsible of its implementation.
  • Prepare the requisitions of the training services by Vendor or Subcontractor, assuring that training requirements are fulfilled.
  • Review the training documentation issued by Vendor and Subcontractors, involving on its revision to the concerned Engineering Department, if required.
  • Coordinate the schedule of the training courses with client according to project progress and contractual requirements.
  • Lead the selection and approval of the trainers.
  • Assure that the training facilities, software and hardware tools are available and functional and that training coordination document and training materials are available before the training starts.
  • Responsible of the implementation of the training courses, doing the required coordination with Vendors / Subcontractors that deliver the training, Company and, internally, with General Services and Site Supervision.
  • Supervise that the training activities are performed according to the plan.
  • Assures that the approved training programs are being followed during the training sessions.
  • Maintain the training records and issue training reports.
  • Keep track of the cost of training services and controls that it is within the budget.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training coordination within EPC, oil & gas, energy, or industrial projects.
  • Experience in developing and implementing project training plans.
  • Proven experience coordinating training with vendors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with reviewing technical training and Project documentation and managing training records and reports.
  • Experience monitoring and coordinating training logistics.
  • Strong organizational, communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
