As a Training Coordinator, you'll play a vital role within our Safety, Health and Environment department. You'll be responsible for providing efficient and timely training coordination to site and office-based colleagues, ensuring all Safety, Health and Environmental requirements are met while maintaining legal compliance. As a Training Coordinator, you'll be working within the Safety, Health and Environment team, supporting them in delivering essential training programmes across the business. Your day to day will include:
Setting up and administering internal and external SHE training courses, liaising with training providers and arranging venues
Managing training databases and maintaining accurate records of programmes, materials and attendance
Producing monthly training attendance reports and annual budget analysis reports
Creating joining instructions, attendance certificates and feedback registers for all courses
Supporting the delivery of SHE initiatives, campaigns and events, acting as an ambassador for SHE training
