Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating training programs aligned with business needs
- Support training logistics, including scheduling sessions, sending invitations, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback
- Help prepare training materials, presentations, and learning content
- Maintain training records and ensure accurate documentation
- Support in developing basic reports and dashboards to track training activities and effectiveness
- Assist in delivering training sessions and workshops when required
- Work closely with managers to support training needs and learning initiatives
- Continuously learn and contribute to improving training processes and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or any related field
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in training, HR, or administration
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (PowerPoint is a plus)
- Interest in training, learning, and development
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident and willing to learn presentation and facilitation skills
- Proactive, responsible, and a team player
