This is a contract role, part of our Training and Simulation division.

The role of this Training Analyst is to provide detailed analysis of Tactical Engagement System (TES) data to help create the training exercise After Action Review (ARRs) for the UK MOD and Oversees Military Security customers.

In Addition:

Plan and deliver ‘AAR supported’ TES exercises at levels Training Level ALPHA to CHARLIE.

Collate, analyse and prepare AAR product.

Advise exercising troops on the capabilities of the Saab equipment and coordinate with them before and during deployment to ensure that they utilise its full potential and receive the maximum training benefit.
