Job requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a similar administrative environment
- Strong computer literacy and confidence using databases and business systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
- Current C Class Driver's Licence
- Certificate IV TAE40122 (or relevant current version)
- Experience using PowerPro RTO software
- Rail, resources, or transport industry experience
- Sound knowledge of the VET Quality Framework and compliance
Job responsibilities
- Coordinate bookings, enrolments and attendance for training courses
- Provide first-level technical support for learning platforms and assessments
- Conduct quality assurance audits and learner follow-ups
- Assist with reporting, data collection and compliance requirements
- Support invoicing and payment reconciliation processes
- Support timesheet management, reporting and data entry
- General administrative duties
