Job responsibilities

• Delivering rail operations, safeworking and track protection training programs.

• Conducting theory and practical assessments.

• Developing and maintaining training resources, assessment tools and learning materials.

• Supporting accredited and enterprise-based training programs.

• Conducting workplace observations and on-the-job assessments.

• Participating in validation, moderation and continuous improvement activities.

• Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and industry engagement.

• Supporting compliance with RTO Standards, safety requirements, and company procedures.

Job benefits

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Current C Class Driver's Licence.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.

• Previous experience delivering training and assessment.

• Safeworking and track access accreditations.

• Current Category 1 Rail Medical.
