Trainer Site Operations

Minimum 5 years' experience in Underground Mining .

Strong underground operational knowledge and practical mining experience.

Demonstrated capability in workplace training, coaching, mentoring, and competency assessment.

Sound understanding of training compliance requirements within a mining environment.

Strong commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.

Strong organisational and administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Experience maintaining training records, competency systems, and reporting tools.

Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively within a team environment.

A proactive approach to identifying training needs and supporting workforce development.
