- Deliver instructor led, classroom based, and field based learning programs using modern facilitation techniques
- Create an engaging learning environment that encourages participation and improves knowledge retention
- Conduct coaching and on the job learning sessions to reinforce employee performance
- Customize training materials, practical exercises, simulations, case studies, and activities according to program objectives
- Facilitate role plays, experiential learning activities, and interactive workshops
- Administer pre and post training assessments and evaluate learning outcomes
- Provide post training coaching, constructive feedback, and development recommendations
- Prepare comprehensive post training reports covering results, observations, learner performance, and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning content and training delivery methodologies
- Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms to support program delivery and learner tracking
- Coordinate training readiness and ensure that all materials, facilities, and delivery requirements are available
- Represent the Academy professionally while maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience delivering corporate learning and development programs
- Proven experience delivering classroom and field training within the retail sector
- Experience in training evaluation and learning impact measurement
- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and coaching skills
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred
