Position Overview

  • We are looking for an engaging and experienced Trainer to deliver impactful learning experiences that build employee capability, enhance workplace performance, and support measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver instructor led, classroom based, and field based learning programs using modern facilitation techniques.
  • Create an engaging learning environment that encourages participation and improves knowledge retention.
  • Conduct coaching and on the job learning sessions to reinforce employee performance.
  • Customize training materials, practical exercises, simulations, case studies, and activities according to program objectives.
  • Facilitate role plays, experiential learning activities, and interactive workshops.
  • Administer pre and post training assessments and evaluate learning outcomes.
  • Provide post training coaching, constructive feedback, and development recommendations.
  • Prepare comprehensive post training reports covering results, observations, learner performance, and improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning content and training delivery methodologies.
  • Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms to support program delivery and learner tracking.
  • Coordinate training readiness and ensure that all materials, facilities, and delivery requirements are available.
  • Represent the Academy professionally while maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience delivering corporate learning and development programs.
  • Proven experience delivering classroom and field training within the retail sector.
  • Experience in training evaluation and learning impact measurement.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
