Job Purpose

  • The International Operations Supervisor will oversee day to day operations across all international markets, ensuring smooth execution, operational alignment, and consistent follow up with country teams and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor operations across international markets while acting as the main coordination point between Head Office and country teams.
  • Track operational performance, identify gaps, and follow up on corrective action plans and execution timelines.
  • Maintain centralized tracking of projects, operational actions, risks, and pending items across markets.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Marketing, and other departments to ensure operational alignment and issue resolution.
  • Monitor inventory, stock availability, replenishment, and supply chain challenges impacting store performance.
  • Prepare executive reports covering performance, operational risks, pending actions, and key business updates.
  • Support international projects and strategic initiatives including store openings, market expansions, system implementations, and commercial activations.
  • Oversee trademark registrations and renewals across international markets in coordination with legal advisors.
  • Support franchise and wholesale operations while ensuring operational compliance and alignment.
  • Ensure markets comply with company policies, operational procedures, and reporting standards.
  • Identify operational risks and escalate critical issues proactively with recommended solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in operations, international retail, or multi country environments.
  • Strong execution, follow up, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
