- Maintain pharmacy inventory, organize stock, check expiry dates, and ensure proper storage of medicines and healthcare products.
- Help with health and wellness services offered in the store.
- Support documentation and record keeping.
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and customer friendly environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or in final stages of completion), meeting UAE regulatory requirements for a trainee pharmacist role
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English
- Foundational pharmacy knowledge and skills in prescription processing, basic pharmacology, and medication safety under supervision
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Ability to work on site in shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Trainee Pharmacist role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a focus on serving Arabic speaking customers.
- The Trainee Pharmacist will support the dispensing of medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with local regulations and company policies.

- Maintain pharmacy inventory, organize stock, check expiry dates, and ensure proper storage of medicines and healthcare products.

Qualifications
- Foundational pharmacy knowledge and skills in prescription processing, basic pharmacology, and medication safety under supervision.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to assist and counsel customers clearly and respectfully.
- Fluency in Arabic and good command of English to support a diverse customer base and team communication.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures in a fast paced retail environment.
- Ability to work on site in shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed, and to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or in final stages of completion), meeting UAE regulatory requirements for a trainee pharmacist role.
- Basic familiarity with pharmacy software systems, point of sale operations, and inventory management is an advantage.
- Interest in continuous learning in areas such as patient counseling, over the counter product guidance, and health and wellness promotion.
