We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager
Talent Acquisition
- to lead our recruitment strategy and oversee end-to-end talent acquisition for Life Pharmacy Group.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on recruitment expertise to build a high-performing workforce.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational growth plans.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior, mid-level, and volume hiring.
- Partner with business leaders and HR to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Build employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in retail, healthcare, and corporate functions.
- Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Track recruitment metrics, provide reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor law.
