Role purpose
The trainee role provides hands-on exposure across key business functions in the fragrance industry.
Rotations cover activities from fragrance creation and sourcing through manufacturing, marketing, sales and customer engagement.
The role reports to the General Manager and Rotation Department Manager.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Participate in rotations across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, finance, human resources and fragrance development.
- Assist with research, data analysis and project coordination on special projects.
- Identify process improvements and support day-to-day activities in assigned functions.
- Support customer, commercial, operational and administrative activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations and recommendations for management review.
- Maintain customer interaction records and follow up on communications.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership at programme milestones.
Skills and attributes
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputed institution.
- Have a specialization in science, marketing, operations, supply chain, business analytics or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities.
- Show learning agility, adaptability, initiative, organization and attention to detail.
