The Sales Coordinator reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Facilitate the Sales team's activities to maximize performance and contribute to company goals.

Act as a liaison between company departments and customers.

Support sales account management, including projects, samples, documents, pricing, presentations, market requests, and customer requests.
Coordinate fragrance brief execution, including timelines, meetings, project debriefs, project closure, and sensory evaluation when required.
Respond quickly to customer requests and provide excellent follow-up and issue resolution.
Coordinate order processing with Operations and communicate with customers.
Maintain project status reports for accounts.
Analyze marketing data to help account managers identify potential customers.
Follow up on inquiries and prepare sales proposals.
Interact with prospective customers to determine their needs.
Follow Group and local Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety procedures.
Perform additional duties as directed by the Line Manager.
