Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members
- Gaining knowledge of company policies and processes
- Completing all necessary assessments as guided
- Fulfilling requirements and meeting goals set at start of training
- Maintaining communication with supervisors and attending periodic evaluations
- Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and Senior staff
- Researching and assisting in identifying areas for service or process improvements
- Providing administrative support such as printing, setting up materials, rooms
- Preparing all requested documents, materials, and updating records
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day to day operations
- Writing and presenting regular updates to management

- Bachelor's degree
