Trainee -Data Operations Analyst

Independently identify troubleshoot customer grievance and then escalate complex problems according to defined escalation procedures

Openness to work flexible hours and 6 days a week (may include weekends and/or holidays)

Preferred Knowledge about SAS (Statistical Analysis System)

Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline

0 to 2 years of work experience of Process Executive

Excellent communication skills and strong command over the English language.

Excellent Customer Service Skills.

Willing to work in a shift-based work schedule.

Excellent Analytical ability, Logical approach towards problem solving
