Business Development Executive, InsurTech

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience

B2B Sales Experience: 7-10+ years of full-cycle, net-new B2B sales and business development experience (prospecting to close) targeting Enterprise clients

Complex Solution Selling: Proven experience selling risk, data, credit, or similar complex solutions into InsurTech, platform companies, or carriers strongly preferred

Sales Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce, and other sales tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

Executive Presence: Superior written and oral communication skills

Hunter Mentality: A resilient, agile, and self-disciplined approach with a sense of urgency and a "play to win" drive to deliver results

Industry Expertise: Direct experience working in sales at a credit bureau or working at or selling into InsurTechs with an understanding of the insurance regulatory environment

Humble & Coachable: A collaborative team player who takes feedback with humility and the confidence to adapt and try again

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $117,100.00 to $150,000.00. This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program at approximately 100%. The application window is anticipated to close on October 1, 2026.
