We are seeking an experienced Traffic Coordinator to join our Sydney Road Asset Performance Contract team based in Rydalmere.
Working in partnership with Transport for NSW, this long-term contract delivers routine maintenance, incident response, road upgrades and asset management services across Sydney's road network.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective planning, coordination and delivery of traffic management activities across a diverse network that includes high and low-speed roads, pedestrian and cyclist interfaces, and major transport corridors.

We're looking for someone with experience in traffic management, project coordination or a similar role within construction, infrastructure or transport.
You'll hold a Prepare Work Zone Traffic Management Plan qualification and be organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety and compliance.
You're a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
With a practical mindset and attention to detail, you'll thrive in a role where no two days are the same and where your contribution helps keep our road network safe and running efficiently.
