We are seeking an experienced Full Time Operator / Labourer to join our growing Road Stabilisation team, primarily based out of Rutherford, NSW.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established business that delivers essential road and infrastructure projects across the region.

How you'll connect to the role?

T o be successful in this position, you'll bring:

• A strong commitment to safety and safe work practices
• A positive, reliable and motivated attitude with a willingness to get the job done
• Experience operating rollers, skid steers and excavators (tickets highly regarded)
• Demonstrated experience working within civil construction environments
• HR or MR Licence (desirable)
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve quality project outcomes
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and night shifts when required
• A current Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• The ability and willingness to travel and work away from home when required
• A proactive approach to learning, teamwork and continuous improvemen
