About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for principal brands, coordinating with sales and business development teams to execute brand strategies in KSA.
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly trade marketing plans, including product launches, category initiatives, retailer promotions, and in store activations.
- Ensure consistent execution of merchandising standards and secondary visibility across modern trade accounts.
- Monitor the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and recommend improvements.
- Partner with Key Account Managers to develop annual business plans for strategic retail customers and participate in joint business planning meetings.
- Support commercial negotiations related to promotional activities, secondary displays, and in store marketing opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance category growth and retailer partnerships.
- Work closely with Finance and Sales teams to monitor account profitability and trade marketing investments.
- Track promotional spending against budgets and analyze ROI for trade marketing activities.
- Recommend corrective actions to improve profitability and optimize trade spend.
- Communicate trade marketing strategies, promotional calendars, and execution priorities to the sales team.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams to forecast stock requirements for new product launches and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA is an advantage
- 5–8 years of experience in Trade Marketing within the FMCG industry
- Proven experience working with Modern Trade accounts in KSA
- Experience managing principal brand relationships is preferred

Job Summary
- The Trade Marketing Manager – KSA is responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive brand growth, strengthen retail partnerships, and support sales performance across the Kingdom.
- The role serves as the key liaison between principal brands, internal stakeholders, and retail customers to ensure successful execution of brand initiatives, promotional activities, and category development plans while maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for principal brands.
- Coordinate with principals' sales and business development teams to execute brand strategies in KSA.
- Share regular business updates, including sales performance, listings, promotions, and activation results.
- Maintain strong relationships with principals to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly trade marketing plans.
- Manage product launches, category initiatives, retailer promotions, and in store activations.
- Ensure consistent execution of merchandising standards and secondary visibility across modern trade accounts.
- Monitor the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and recommend improvements.

Qualifications
