- The Factory Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for manufacturing operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
- The role requires close coordination with production, warehouse, and finance teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted production.
- *Key Responsibilities*
- Manage procurement of
- raw materials, packaging materials, and factory consumables
- required for production.
- Identify and negotiate with
- local and international suppliers
- to achieve cost savings and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain
- supplier relationships
- , contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor
- inventory levels and production forecasts
- to ensure timely procurement and avoid stock shortages.
- Coordinate with
- production and warehouse teams
- for material planning and delivery schedules.
- Conduct
- price analysis and cost control initiatives
- to improve procurement efficiency.
- Ensure procurement processes comply with
- company policies and quality standards

- Manage
- import documentation, purchase orders, and supplier payments

- *Requirements*
- **5–8 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment**

- Strong knowledge of
- raw material sourcing, supplier negotiation, and procurement planning

- Experience managing
- local and international suppliers
- .
- Familiarity with
- ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, or similar)
- .
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with
- production, logistics, and finance teams

Preferred
- Experience in
- food manufacturing or FMCG industry

- Knowledge of
