  • *Role Summary*
  • The Factory Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for manufacturing operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
  • The role requires close coordination with production, warehouse, and finance teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted production.
  • *Key Responsibilities*
  • Manage procurement of
  • raw materials, packaging materials, and factory consumables
  • required for production.
  • Identify and negotiate with
  • local and international suppliers
  • to achieve cost savings and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain
  • supplier relationships
  • , contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor
  • inventory levels and production forecasts
  • to ensure timely procurement and avoid stock shortages.
  • Coordinate with
  • production and warehouse teams
  • for material planning and delivery schedules.
  • Conduct
  • price analysis and cost control initiatives
  • to improve procurement efficiency.
  • Ensure procurement processes comply with
  • company policies and quality standards

  • Manage

  • *Requirements*
  • **5–8 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment**
