We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Trade Marketing Executive to enhance our brand presence across retail channels and drive in-store sales performance.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the UAE market and a solid understanding of retail execution within the beauty or fragrance industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches
- Ensure proper brand visibility, merchandising, and display standards across retail outlets
- Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and retail partners
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of key products
- Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activity and gather insights
- Support training of promoters and beauty advisors
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in trade marketing (preferably in perfumes/cosmetics)
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and merchandising
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
