Job Summary
The Track Lead in Support and Operations drives operational excellence through project execution and team empowerment.
The role focuses on continuous improvement and problem-solving to meet client service level agreements.
Operational Systems
- Implement project management methodologies and tools to improve operational systems.
- Improve management reporting and streamline information flow across teams.
Client Service
- Analyze client requirements and ensure support delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Use DMO principles to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide solutions aligned with customer needs and organizational capabilities.
Team Leadership
