Role Overview
Alstom is seeking a full-time onsite CAD/BIM Coordinator for Track and 3rd Rail in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role coordinates design and engineering integration for Track and 3rd Rail systems across multidisciplinary project teams.
The position manages the Common Data Environment, BIM processes, and civil and electrical interfaces with other rail systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Bundle team for design integration and lead integration design and build meetings.
- Use the Common Data Environment to apply codification and processes.
- Author and review integration requirements and deliver BIM methodologies and guidance.
- Direct modeling tactics and BIM outputs through all project stages.
- Coordinate subsystem design, clash detection, and volume clearance checking.
- Review models for interferences and quality of detail.
- Manage Civil Works design configuration and support delivery reviews against integrated design.
Experience and Knowledge
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering or technical project functions.
- Knowledge of civil and electrical design, especially Track and 3rd Rail installation and Civil Works interfaces.
