Could you be the full-time Planning Manager in Toronto, Canada, we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in project planning and time management to a transformative initiative.
You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting scheduling teams and liaising with construction and testing and commissioning teams, ensuring seamless internal and external reporting.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams), coordinate scheduling deliverables, and provide proactive updates and insights to key stakeholders.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintaining project schedules and facilitating internal and external stakeholder synchronization, but also contribute to the construction and testing & commissioning knowledge of the project schedule.

You’ll also:
The expected compensation for this role is $110,000 – $145,000 CAD per year, plus benefits and eligibility for an annual performance bonus.
Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
