Role Overview
Loft Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Tower Crane Operator for its construction team.
The role operates tower cranes to lift, move, and position materials, equipment, and structural components on construction sites.
Crane Operations
- Operate tower cranes safely and efficiently according to site requirements and safety regulations.
- Lift, move, and position construction materials and equipment as directed.
- Monitor load limits and maintain safe crane operations at all times.
- Communicate clearly with riggers, signalers, and site supervisors.
Inspection and Safety
- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and report mechanical issues.
- Follow company safety policies and UAE construction regulations.
- Assist with routine maintenance checks and housekeeping around the crane area.
Requirements
- Valid Tower Crane Operator certification or license.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating tower cranes on construction projects.
- Good understanding of lifting operations, load charts, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights.
