Role Overview
Loft Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced General Foreman for construction site supervision.
The role is responsible for safe, efficient work delivery according to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage workers, foremen, and subcontractors at the site.
- Plan and coordinate daily construction activities.
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and approved methods.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other departments.
- Ensure productivity and work progress meet project schedules.
- Maintain site safety and compliance with HSE requirements.
- Check workmanship quality and report issues.
- Prepare daily work and progress reports.
- Resolve site-level issues with relevant teams.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a General Foreman or Construction Foreman.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction activities and site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good manpower and subcontractor management skills.
