Job Overview
Lead and grow tourism operations through sales, business management, and operational oversight.
Generate and close sales, develop strategies, and ensure operational excellence across departments.
Sales and Marketing
- Develop and execute B2C and B2B sales strategies to attract clients and partners.
- Promote travel and tour packages through online and offline channels.
- Build relationships with clients, travel agencies, hotels, and tourism boards.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Attend travel expos, networking events, and trade shows.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
Business Management
- Oversee the tourism business's day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and train staff and ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Monitor booking systems, logistics, and tour operations.
- Manage supplier agreements, package pricing, and package inventory.
- Maintain compliance with tourism regulations and licensing requirements.
