Role Overview
The employer is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Salon Receptionist.
The receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and support a smooth salon experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and assist with check-in and check-out.
- Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp inquiries.
- Manage appointments and booking schedules.
- Handle cash and card payments and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Promote salon services and retail products.
- Coordinate with stylists and therapists for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist is required.
- Salon experience is a plus but is not mandatory.
- Good communication skills are required, including English.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- A presentable and professional appearance is required.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask under pressure are required.
