Tools Solution Architect - AIOPS

Key Skills:

Minimum of 12 or more years of IT Industry exposure in core consulting, solutioning & delivery expertise in IT Application & Infrastructure space

Technical expertise in AIOPS full stack tools solutioning & deployment on tools like HPE OpsRamp, Splunk, BMC, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics, ELK, Grafana, Servicenow ITOM, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism etc.

Understanding of emerging agentic AI models, frameworks, and toolkits

Understanding of the Overall Automation Technologies used in IT Landscape especially in Application development, testing & maintenance domain.

Exposure to Cloud technologies & services from AWS, Azure, GCP etc.

Ability to independently provide strategic vision, yet equally experienced with requirements definition, solution design, business cases development and solution implementation for clients.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to multitask and liaise with multiple stakeholders, Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships, ability to identify process improvement opportunities & finally adaptability to change.
